COMPLAINT OF ILLIGAL CONSTRUCTIONS
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are residence of Gurunanak Pura, Street No.4, Laxmi nagar Delhi-110092
This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at House No. B-59/150 & B58/149 5 flore Gurunanak Pura, Street No.4, Laxmi nagar Delhi-110092 Floor is trying to construct a illegal passage in their flat which is causing a lot of trouble to other neighbors. flat no. B58/149 has also got a long crack in the building due to the lanter of this building but they have not stopped. As this construction stop air and sun light to other flats. when we tried to stop the construction they threaten us by saying that they have an diplomatic approach in the govt as one of their known is a counsillor and neta in Area who is helping them to do so. more over the construction itself is a seismic threat to other flats as the pillers of the flat at bottom floor are not aligned with the top pillars. it may cause a severe accident any moment.my smal home can collapse
The owner of this property is a Richman and his making 4 story building this area, we are sending complaint to Delhi Police Official no taken action.
Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the Building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.
we are all scared of this illegal construction and want that this construction must be stopped immediately otherwise it is going to be a disaster any moment.
We are expecting some serious action against the same.and send some old photo before CONSTRUCTIONS
